Description
California State University, Fullerton is seeking proposals from rental equipment firms to provide equipment and services for the annual Commencement ceremonies. The selected vendor will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of rental equipment operations. The equipment and services required include steel shade structures, tents, chairs, tables, linens, draping, podiums, fencing, wheelchairs, portable restrooms, and more. The vendor must also provide set-up and take-down costs, restroom attendant services, daily pumping and cleaning of portable restroom facilities, and on-site event support.
• The university has over 45,000 enrolled students and is one of 22 campuses of the California State University System.
• The Commencement ceremonies will take place at the Intramural Field and Titan Stadium.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and services for the ceremonies, including stage areas, seating, and restrooms.
• The university will adjust the numbers of equipment and services according to actual usage.
• The vendor must include all costs, including labor and materials, in their proposal.
• The university will evaluate proposals based on factors such as price, quality of equipment and services, and experience of the vendor.
