Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the purchase of Hardware and Software Support Maintenance for Dell Storage systems. The maintenance and service must be completed by a certified technician according to the manufacturer's suggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment. The bid shall include all costs associated with onsite service/labor, travel expenses, parts, and software upgrades for the term of the contract. Some key points to note include:
* The contract is for a period of 1 year, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
* The maintenance and service must be provided by Dell.
* The bid shall include the cost of required F.O.B. inside delivery, prepaid and allowed.
* All parts must be Dell Certified.
* The contract includes various Dell Storage systems, including SC400 and SC5020, with different service descriptions and coverage dates.
* The hardware maintenance cost is to include all costs associated with the onsite service/labor, travel expenses, parts, and software upgrades for the term of the contract.
* The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician for the units according to the manufactures suggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment.
* A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request.
* Technician shall be on-site if necessary, within 4 hours of the initial request.
* All shipping and handling shall be included in total bid amount.
* The bid shall include cost of required F.O.B. inside delivery, prepaid and allowed.

The bidder should note that the 2025 sku number/information is to be used as a reference if the current year numbers differ.
