Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Omnicell Inc for Annual Omnicell Maintenance Services for the Durham VAMC. The services include preventive maintenance, repairs, repair parts, filters, calibrations, software support, license fees, and phone support for Omnicell Medication Dispensers, Carousel, Anesthesia Carts, and associated computers, servers, and software. The contractor must have full access to the original manufacturer's software for calibration and repairs as required.
• The period of performance will be base of service.
• The justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from a single source.
• Responses received by 10:00 am EST on Feb 13th, 2026, will be considered by the Government.
