Collection of Unpaid Accounts for EMS

The Escambia County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the collection of unpaid accounts for the Escambia County EMS. The contractor will be responsible for collecting accounts referred by the County, complying with relevant laws and regulations, and reporting unpaid balances to the three major credit bureaus. The contractor must also notify the County of any probate claims activity and hardship application requests. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The County will pay the contractor a percentage of the actual monies collected.
