Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking bids for the opening, winterizing, and servicing of Crystal Springs Family Waterpark. Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope marked with the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid. The bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract and furnish a performance bond equal to one hundred percent of the full amount of the contract.
* The bid opening date is February 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
* Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, and all other applicable statutes, laws, or regulations.
* The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularity or technicality in bids.
* In the case of tie bids, the Township shall have the authority to award the contract to the bidder the Township selects.
