Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking competitive bids to replace a municipal water main along Vine Street between Liberty Avenue and McMicken Street. The work includes full excavation, removal of the existing pipe, installation of new ductile‑iron and copper water‑main sections, fire‑hydrant relocation, valve‑box installation, and associated civil works such as pavement restoration and traffic‑control management. A separate plumbing package covers private‑side lead‑service‑line replacements at numerous residential addresses, each with a $1,500 allowance.
