Nasuni file access license

The State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services is seeking additional Nasuni file‑access licenses. Only Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) dealers that already hold or can reference existing state contracts (RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135, 0A1375, STS033) may submit a quote. Pricing must be at or below the contract price, and the quote must be valid for 90 days. The initial term is one year, with the possibility of up to three additional one‑year renewals at the State’s discretion. • Eligibility limited to MBE suppliers with the listed state contract numbers. • Licenses are sold on a “per‑add‑on” basis; each add‑on is a one‑year term. • Quotes must reference the appropriate contract number; non‑contract responses will be rejected. • Selection based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE price. • No additional documentation beyond the required grid will be considered.
