The Hawthorne Board of Education seeks a qualified vendor to recruit, hire, credential, manage payroll, and provide on‑site Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) paraprofessionals for its special‑education programs during the 2022‑2023 school year. The contractor will be responsible for sourcing candidates with NJ substitute certification or a passing ETS ParaPro score, completing background checks, maintaining certifications, and delivering direct ABA services under BCBA supervision.
