Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is soliciting bids for an annual subscription to GovQA software for the period of 6/1/2026 to 5/31/2027. The software is required for FOIA module and public records request management. The bid includes two line items: one for the annual subscription and another for additional FOIA request types. Bidders must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and must submit their bids online through the Vendor Self Service portal. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate price, terms, and conditions with the selected bidder.
