Description
The City of Los Angeles, Department of Cannabis Regulation, is seeking a contractor to provide virtual education and training services. The contractor will design and implement curricula for virtual training workshops on various topics such as licensing and regulation, compliance, permitting, and business development. The contractor will also provide a list of training topics they are able to provide training for and demonstrate their ability to and experience with successfully running webinars. The contract will be for a period of 9 months, from April 27, 2026, to January 15, 2027.
• The contractor will provide a host and at least one Subject Matter Expert (SME) per webinar.
• The contractor will provide a Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation and script/outline in advance of the training for review and approval.
• The contractor will provide a final copy and/or recording of the training after the workshop along with any other training materials used.
• The contractor will conduct a "run of show" session prior to the webinar with the SME.
• The contractor will provide project management for the entire process for virtual webinars.
