Maintenance of Roadway Around Helipad & Staging Area

The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking bids for the maintenance of the roadway around the helipad and staging area at Stony Brook University Hospital. The project includes performing, installing, furnishing, and supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the project. The main features of the work include providing and installing drainage, retaining blocks, concrete stairs, and site lighting. • The project requires a mandatory site visit and bidders' conference on October 15th, 2025. • Bidders must demonstrate their ability to meet specified Service Disabled Veteran Owned and Minority/Women Owned Business Participation Goals. • The project is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and bidders must comply with the Lobbying Law requirements. • The successful bidder will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k and Public Officer Law. • The contract term is six months, and the estimated project start date is to be determined.
