Description
The White River Junction VA Medical Center is seeking a qualified vendor to replace the failed C-2 heat exchanger. The scope of work includes removal and disposal of existing equipment, installation of new equipment, and functional testing. The contractor shall employ licensed pipefitters and qualified technicians to perform the services.
• The replacement equipment should be equivalent to and capable of providing the same operational conditions as the corresponding existing equipment.
• The contractor shall provide all qualified technician labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, transportation, supervision, and non-personal services deemed necessary to perform the required work.
• The contractor shall comply with Federal and Agency records management policies, including those policies associated with the safeguarding of records covered by the Privacy Act of 1974.
