Description
The State of Montana is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to establish one or more Master Agreements for Data Communications. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a central location for vendors interested in bidding on state projects to find all Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities with all state agencies and universities. The successful vendor will be required to provide data communications services, including but not limited to, computing services, communications, and computing equipment and software.
• The RFP is open to all eligible vendors, and the State of Montana reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
• The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a term of up to 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 2 years.
• The State of Montana is seeking a vendor that can provide high-quality data communications services, including but not limited to, network management, cybersecurity, and technical support.
• The vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including a scope of work, pricing, and any relevant experience or certifications.
