Description
The State of New Jersey is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance, repair, testing, and inspection services. The contract will be for a period of three years, starting from September 1, 2026, and ending on August 31, 2029. The contractor will be required to submit pricing using the State-Supplied Price Sheet accompanying the bid solicitation. The bid solicitation includes four items: Elevator Installation, Maintenance, Repair and Inspection Services, Elevators, Passenger, Escalator and Moving Walkway, Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services, and ELEVATORS, ESCALATORS, AND MOVING WALKS, BUILDING TYPE.
• The contractor must comply with the State of New Jersey's Standard Terms and Conditions.
• The contractor must provide a Bidder Data Form and a Quote Overview Form.
• The contractor must submit its pricing using the State-Supplied Price Sheet.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible bid.
