Paper Bags

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking information from vendors to determine if there are enough qualified vendors to fulfill a recurring requirement for paper bags. The paper bags must meet specific characteristics and specifications, including being made of unbleached kraft paper, having a minimum of 40% post-consumer or recovered fiber, and meeting certain strength requirements. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the paper bags to various DeCA locations. Key points to consider: • The vendor must ensure installation access procedures are accomplished timely. • The vendor must comply with security regulations promulgated by the Military Installation Commander. • The vendor must deliver paper bags directly to all store locations outlined under "Delivery Locations". • Deliveries must be made between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday, excluding official Government Holidays. • The vendor will be responsible for getting a signature from the appropriate store personnel to verify delivery.
