Airport Terminal Lease, Self Service Fuel System and Aboveground Storage Tank Operations

The City of Georgetown is seeking a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) or a qualified party to lease the terminal and fuel self-serve island, as well as the aboveground storage tanks, at the Georgetown Executive Airport. The successful proposer will be chosen to enter into a lease agreement. The proposer must demonstrate the ability to be a permitted FBO within 60 days from the date proposals are due. The lease will include the terminal facility, land, and fuel system. The proposer will be required to provide pricing for the tank lease rate, land lease rate, terminal facility lease rate, and proposed airport improvement fee. • The lease agreement will be for the terminal and fuel self-serve island, as well as the aboveground storage tanks. • The proposer must be a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) or demonstrate the ability to be a permitted FBO within 60 days. • The lease will include the terminal facility, land, and fuel system. • The proposer will be required to provide pricing for the tank lease rate, land lease rate, terminal facility lease rate, and proposed airport improvement fee. • A pre-proposal open hangar/property tour will be conducted on June 22, 2026, but attendance is not mandatory.
