Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

Based on the information provided in the solicitation, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this contract. However, considering the types and quantities of materials required, as well as the fact that this is an open-end contract, the budget could potentially be substantial. The contract includes a price adjustment formula for fuel oil #2 (diesel fuel), which could impact the budget. Additionally, the solicitation mentions that the purchase prices on all contract items shall be adoptable for other public agencies upon their request, which could also affect the budget. Assuming an average annual quantity of 100,000 tons of aggregate materials, with an average price of $20 per ton, the estimated annual budget would be $2,000,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on various factors such as the actual quantities of materials purchased, the prices of the materials, and the duration of the contract.
