Lagoon Street Complex Furniture

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority is seeking proposals from qualified furniture vendors to assess, recommend, furnish, deliver, and install office furniture for the VIHFA Lagoon Street Complex. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing functional, durable, and professional commercial-grade furniture for several offices and related administrative areas. The vendor will also be required to conduct a site visit to observe existing conditions and make informed determinations regarding appropriate furniture types, quantities, and configurations. • The RFP requires vendors to submit proposals electronically through the IonWave e-Procurement System. • A mandatory site visit will be conducted on May 4, 2026. • All questions concerning the RFP must be submitted in writing through the IonWave e-Procurement System no later than May 8, 2026. • The Authority retains the right to reject any or all responses to this RFP, in whole or in part. • The selected vendor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, as applicable.
