Description
The City of Montpelier is soliciting sealed bids for a full building‑elevation project at 201 State Street. The scope includes jacking the existing structure, demolishing and disposing of the old foundation, excavating and installing a new reinforced concrete foundation with footings, walls, piers, steel beams, insulation, backfill, grading, and a new basement slab. Coordination with separate trades (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical) will be required under separate contracts.
