License Tag Stickers

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of license tag stickers. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bid includes two items: Motor Vehicle Tag and License tag stickers. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the tags within 2-3 weeks from the award of the bid. The tags must meet specific requirements, including size, paper type, print color, and construction. The bidder must also provide camera copy and return it in good condition along with three samples of the job within one week after completion. • The Motor Vehicle Tag must be 11” x 8 1/2” in size, with a GOLD background and BLUE border, and printed with UV resistant inks. • The License tag stickers must be 3” x 3/4” in size, with a silver background and blue, red, or specified color for numbers and letters. • The tags must be subsurface printed with a permanent adhesive. • The bidder must provide a sample of the material to be used for the tag for approval before production.
