Description
The Colby Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to serve as the stock contractor for its annual college rodeo. The contractor will supply live cattle (rough stock), provide two pick‑up men and two bull fighters, and manage all timed cattle events during the three‑day rodeo held September 11‑13 2026. The college will supply venue, goats, hay, grain, veterinary services, an announcer, and lodging for the contractor’s staff. Proposals must be submitted by June 30 2026, and the award will be announced shortly after the Board of Trustees meeting on July 20 2026.
• Supply live cattle (rough stock) for timed events.
• Provide staffing: two pick‑up men and two bull fighters.
• Manage all timed cattle events and assist with ancillary “Slack” events and finals.
• Coordinate with college‑provided services (announcer, veterinarian, feed, venue, lodging).
• Deliver a sealed proposal by hand or email to the college’s Vice President of Finance and Operations.
