Description

The City of Springfield is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive asset mapping of mental health and substance use resources within the community. The effort will involve data collection, stakeholder engagement, geographic information system (GIS) mapping, analysis of service gaps, and delivery of a detailed final report with actionable recommendations. This project aims to support strategic planning, improve service coordination, and enhance access to mental health and substance use services for residents. • Collect and compile existing data on mental health and substance use services, facilities, and programs. • Conduct interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders, including providers, agencies, and community organizations. • Develop GIS-based maps illustrating service locations, coverage areas, and identified gaps. • Analyze findings to produce a strategic asset map and recommendations for service improvement. • Deliver a final comprehensive report and presentation to city officials and relevant partners.
