The City of North Las Vegas seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive water‑treatment and management program for seven municipal facilities, covering cooling‑tower, closed‑loop, and related systems. The contractor must supply chemicals, perform routine inspections, generate monthly water‑quality reports, maintain 24/7 emergency response capability, and replace/repair system components over a three‑year base term, with possible one‑year extensions.
• Provide chemical dosing, make‑up‑water management, and corrosion control for all listed facilities.
• Deliver 24‑hour emergency response with a designated account manager reachable at all times.
