Endoscope Lease

The Health Readiness Contracting Office at Fort Detrick is seeking to lease four Olympus Model GIF-EZ1500 Endoscopes and five Olympus Model CF-EZ1500DL Endoscopes. The endoscopes must be compatible with government-owned equipment, including the Olympus CV-190 Endoscopy Image Processor, Olympus UCR Endoscopic Insufflator, Olympus CVL-190 Flexible Endoscope Fiber Optic Cable Light Source, and Olympus WM-DP2 Endoscopic Video. The contract will be in support of Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) at Fort Campbell, KY. • The lease will include loaner equipment during maintenance. • The contract will be a sole-source contract unless market research reveals other authorized distributors for Olympus endoscopes. • Interested parties must submit a capability statement, which should include company information, technical capability, and past performance. • The submission must be limited to five pages and must be received by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 19, 2026.
