Description
The Department of the Navy, Amphibious Construction Battalion One (ACB-1) is seeking to procure two new 29.5-35 heavy-duty tires for their Kalmar Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH). The contractor shall provide all resources, management, and freight transportation necessary to deliver the tires. The tires must be brand new, with a minimum 34-ply rating, E-3/L-3 tread pattern, and bias ply construction. The contractor is responsible for all freight, shipping, and handling costs.
• The contractor shall deliver the tires within 45 days after receipt of order.
• The tires must be delivered FOB Destination to the specified address.
• The contractor shall provide the standard commercial Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty for the tires.
• The contractor and any designated freight carriers must comply with all local base security policies for installation access.
