Description
The State of Nevada’s Department of Public Safety is seeking a qualified vendor to provide inspection, annual certification, repair, and ongoing maintenance services for vehicle hoists located at its Highway Patrol Division fleet shops in Reno and Elko. The contract will span four years and requires a combination of scheduled annual inspections, responsive repair work (including after‑hours emergencies), travel to two sites, and detailed reporting and invoicing. Vendors must hold the required insurance, provide a minimum one‑year warranty on parts and labor, and adhere to Nevada state procurement regulations.
• Perform annual inspection and certification of four 10,000‑lb two‑post hoists (two per location) within two weeks of request.
• Provide on‑call diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services, including emergency/after‑hours labor and travel per service visit.
• Submit monthly invoices with accompanying inspection/repair reports; all repair parts must be pre‑approved and quoted separately.
