Supply and Delivery of Fleet Lubricants and Oils

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide fleet lubricants and oils for its municipal fleet. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, and the vendor will be required to supply and deliver lubricants and oils that meet or exceed applicable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and industry standards. The City operates a diverse fleet that includes light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, off-road equipment, and specialized units. Proper lubrication is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and extending the service life of the fleet. • The contract will be for the supply and delivery of motor oils, transmission fluids, hydraulic oils, differential fluids, grease, and other lubricants. • The vendor will be required to provide products that meet or exceed applicable OEM specifications and industry standards. • The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
