Description
The City of Huntsville is accepting competitive sealed bids for water and wastewater fitting & supplies to be used in City water and wastewater projects. The intent of the City is to establish an annual fixed price per each item for the periodic purchase of water and wastewater supplies in accordance with the no-lead brass fitting AWWA regulations.
• The contract term is for one year with the option to renew for an additional year.
• The City reserves the right to award to the most responsible and responsive bidder in the best interest of the City based on price and/or based on best value meeting the requirements for this service.
• The City may consider items such as safety record, references, previous performance, delivery time, or a criteria specific to this project which the city considers weighted.
• Bidders must submit their bids on the prescribed form, and all blank spaces for prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids that do not meet specifications stated herein or reject all bids should this project not be approved for any reason.
