AUCTIONEER SERVICES FOR INTERNET WEB-BASED AUCTION SERVICES

The County of Mercer is seeking a fully functional Auctioneer Internet Web-Based auction Service to sell Mercer County surplus property. The service is required on an as-needed basis, with the county typically holding auctions biannually in the Spring and Fall. The contractor will be responsible for providing a secure Internet Web-Based Auction system, handling all aspects of the auction, including advertising, taking pictures and uploading them to the website, collecting monies and bidder information, and providing detailed information and pictures on their website for online buyers. The contractor must have at least two years of experience in Internet Web-Based Auctions and provide a list of references with at least three different governmental agencies. Some key features of the job include: • Providing a secure Internet Web-Based Auction system to conduct online auctions • Handling all aspects of the auction, including advertising and collecting monies and bidder information • Providing detailed information and pictures on the website for online buyers • Having at least two years of experience in Internet Web-Based Auctions • Providing a list of references with at least three different governmental agencies • Complying with the Code of Ethics of the National Auctioneer Association • Working with Mercer County to facilitate all paperwork regarding the transference of titles associated with sales of vehicles sold at the auction
