Parks and Recreation Tree Watering Contract

The City of Ames is seeking a contractor to water 90 trees located in Right-of-Way areas at various locations within the City of Ames for the Parks and Recreation Department. The contractor will be required to water the trees twice within every 7 to 10 day period, unless one inch or more of rainfall has occurred during that period. The contract will begin after the award of the contract and will continue through October 15, 2026. The contractor will be required to attend a pre-work meeting with Parks and Recreation staff and submit monthly progress reports. • The contractor will be responsible for watering 90 trees. • The contractor will be required to water the trees twice within every 7 to 10 day period. • The contractor will be required to attend a pre-work meeting with Parks and Recreation staff. • The contractor will be required to submit monthly progress reports. • The contract will continue through October 15, 2026.
