Double Objective White Beam Microscope or its Equivalent per the attached (Attachment 1_Specification)

The Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), LLC is seeking a quotation for a Double Objective White Beam Microscope or its equivalent. The microscope should have a 1 HR10X/0.40 head and 1 Low mag head with Two sets of scintillator supports and 2X/0.055 objective set with scintillator and support, and a Camera protective lead glass window. The supplier should provide a published price list, country of origin, unique entity identifier, lead time, and ship from country or state. The quotation should be firm for 60 days, and the supplier should be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The microscope should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 1_Specification. • The supplier should provide a packing slip with every shipment and ensure that the outside labels, packing slip, and invoice all reference the PO number. • The supplier should handle and package items susceptible to electrostatic discharge to protect them from damage. • The supplier should verify the procurement source and associated certifying paperwork to detect potential counterfeit parts and materials. • The supplier should provide a certificate of conformance for used industrial equipment and state that all maintenance and manufacturing alerts have been screened and all required repairs and improvements have been completed.
