This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive fire‑extinguisher maintenance services for the Alabama Department of Corrections’ Southern Region facilities. The work includes annual inspections, multi‑year service, hydrostatic testing, fire‑hydrant testing, parts markup, labor, and travel rates, all performed in compliance with NFPA 10 and OSHA 1910.157 standards. The contract is a 12‑month base period with up to four optional 12‑month extensions, and the award will be “all‑or‑none” to the lowest responsible bidder.
