Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to repair two cooling towers at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. The contractor will be required to provide two new cooling tower fan transmissions, associated hardware kits, and flinger collars, as well as two new shaft and coupling hub connections. A new tower fan motor will also be provided for Tower #2. The contractor will need to replace the transmissions, shafts, and coupling hubs for both towers and rebalance the fans after the transmission replacement.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Labor Standards.
• The contractor must provide a technical approach that meets the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must provide pricing for the entirety of each line item.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and agree to remain registered while performing the services.
