The City of Lynnwood is establishing an on‑call roster of architectural and engineering consulting firms to provide a broad set of municipal services on an as‑needed basis. Firms will be evaluated on qualifications, relevant experience, staff resumes, and references, and a contract will be awarded to create a roster from which individual task orders can be issued.
• Services include permitting & inspection, development engineering, long‑range planning, current planning, critical‑area permit review, and economic development consulting.
• The solicitation is an RFQ; firms submit qualifications by 9 Nov 2026 (deadline 3 PM PT), after a pre‑proposal question period ending 9/8/2026.
• The City encourages participation from small, minority‑, women‑, and veteran‑owned businesses and requires electronic submission via the OpenGov portal.
