Elementary Generator Installation Project

The Ector County ISD, School Nutrition Department is seeking proposals for the design, procurement, delivery, installation, integration, and commissioning of generator systems to provide emergency backup power for kitchen walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and designated reach-in refrigeration units at selected ECISD elementary school campuses. The project requires a complete turnkey installation, including new equipment, on-site delivery, installation with required electrical work, system start-up, testing, commissioning, and operational training. The project sites include Blackshear Elementary, Buice Elementary, Cavazos Elementary, EK Downing Elementary, Fly Elementary, Hays Elementary, Johnson Elementary, Jordan Elementary, West Elementary, and Zavala Elementary. • The project is a package bid, and proposers must submit pricing for the entire project covering all project sites. • A mandatory site visit is required for proposers to verify existing conditions. • The pre-bid meeting is optional, and participation is not required for proposal submission. • The project requires compliance with applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations. • The recommended proposer will be submitted to the ECISD Board of Trustees for approval.
