Description
The California Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a qualified contractor to develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive Water Management Plan for the Veterans Home in Ventura, perform quarterly water quality testing, and provide rapid remediation services when contamination is detected. The contractor must hold all required state and federal licenses, manage sampling logistics, report results promptly, and supply all chemicals and equipment needed for remediation.
• Develop and update a Water Management Plan and associated system flow diagrams.
• Conduct quarterly water sampling, analyze results, and deliver reports within statutory timeframes.
• Provide emergency response, flushing, hyper‑chlorination, and follow‑up sampling for any positive Legionella or other contaminant findings.
• Supply all chemicals, PPE, and equipment, reimbursable at actual cost, and maintain necessary environmental and hazardous‑material certifications throughout the contract term.
