Real Fiber Property Valuation Services for ConnectALL RFQ

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit submissions of qualifications from individuals and/or firms with demonstrable experience in providing market-value appraisals of fiber assets throughout New York State. We are seeking bids from vendors for the Excelsior Broadband Network, a new fiber optic line along the New York State Thruway. This procurement will build a pre-qualified list of vendors that can perform fiber asset appraisal when necessary for the disposition of EBN fiber assets. Experience can include the preparation of appraisals of all types of interests (fee, leasehold, easement, etc.) in real fiber property.
