RFP2609 Regional Construction Standards Program

The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services that support the Regional Construction Standards (RCS) program. The contractor will act as a central coordinator for stakeholder collaboration, keep the regional construction standards current and consistent, and back committee activities with training, outreach, and resource management. This work ensures that local governments, utilities, contractors, and consultants throughout the Hampton Roads region have reliable, up‑to‑date construction guidance. • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among government agencies, utilities, contractors, and consultants across the region. • Maintain, update, and publish the Regional Construction Standards to ensure consistency and relevance. • Support RCS committee functions, including delivering training, outreach, and managing program resources.
