Description
The United States Army Health Contracting Activity (USACHA) is seeking a contractor to provide recurring annual maintenance, software updates, and other services for the Motek Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment (CAREN) equipment located at Brooke Army Medical Center, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The contractor will be required to provide on-site services during normal hours of operation and attend any post-award conferences convened by the contracting activity. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options to extend for up to 4 additional years.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing software maintenance, system support, and annual preventive maintenance for the CAREN system.
• The contractor will be required to utilize only OEM parts and materials to perform the services outlined in the contract.
• The contractor will be required to provide technical support limited to CAREN system setup, basic operation, and integration, and operation with ancillary items.
• The contractor will be required to provide the latest release version of D-Flow software for the CAREN system and provide updates as they become available.
