Description
The City of Quincy is seeking a partner to handle the engraving of cremation niche covers at the Pine Hill Cemetery. The City has recently installed columbarium niches with granite covers and expects to begin interring remains in late 2025. The selected proposer will be responsible for engraving the deceased's name and appropriate dates on the covers in a highly professional, consistent, and timely basis. The City will provide a uniform font, type size, and design for every niche cover.
• The City will collect funds from the family/estate of the deceased and pay the engraving partner directly.
• No funds shall be collected other than from the City.
• Proposals must be in a sealed envelope and separated from the Price Proposals in another sealed envelope.
• One contract may be awarded, or more than one contract may be awarded if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Quincy.
