Instructional Supplies, Materials and Equipment

The Aldine Independent School District is seeking proposals for instructional supplies, materials, and equipment. The district is looking for vendors who can provide a wide range of products, including science, art, audio/visual, books, instructional software, classroom equipment/supplies, maps/globes, library media, athletics/PE, medical, vocational, math, language arts, economics, testing materials, music, office supplies, and other related materials. Vendors must submit a completed attachment packet, notification of award, and form W-9 to be considered for the approved vendor list. The district requires three references and a brief product description from each vendor. • The proposal includes a scope of services, evaluation matrix, and general terms and conditions. • Vendors must acknowledge that they have read and understand all terms and conditions contained on this bid event. • The district will review and evaluate all vendors who have submitted their proposals every two weeks on Thursday at 12:00 P.M. • The bid will be reopened by 4 P.M the same business day. • Any vendor who has not fully submitted their documents by Thursday at 12:00 P.M will lose their bid progress and will have to begin the process all over again.
