FCI Texarkana - 2nd Qtr FY2026 - KOSHER

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, is seeking a contractor to provide KOSHER items for the 2nd quarter of FY2026. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price, and the evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. The Government will award all items to one responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. • The contractor must be able to deliver the items within the established time frames. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer or quotation submission. • The contractor must include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) in their quotes. • The contractor must be able to accept Government purchase cards for payment.
