The solicitation includes two line items: Progress Software WhatsUp Gold Enterprise Plus 1Yr Subscription and WhatsUp Gold Consulting Services Quick Start Gold. The vendor will be required to provide the software and consulting services as described in the solicitation. The project includes the installation and configuration of the software.
