The City of Alexandria is seeking a qualified firm to design, develop, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable prepaid/debit card platform to administer transportation stipend cards for its residents. The solution must include card issuance, account management, transaction processing, reporting, and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
