Description
The City of Trenton is seeking a certified recycling coordinator to provide recycling coordinator coverage and certified recycling services for a period of one year, with an option to extend for one additional year. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regulatory guidance, developing template notices, and evaluating existing municipal recycling operations. The candidate should have experience providing recycling coordinator and/or certified recycling professional services for municipalities within the State of New Jersey and demonstrated knowledge of New Jersey recycling regulations. Some key requirements include:
• Proof of Certified Recycling Professional (CRP) designation recognized by NJDEP
• Resume and qualifications
• Experience with New Jersey municipalities
• Proposed fee schedule (hourly and/or lump sum)
• References from at least three municipalities
