Stone (Annual Contract)

The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide stone on an "as needed" basis. The contract term will be for two years with the option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. The contract will be awarded to a Primary and Secondary Contractor, selected based on the two lowest responsive and responsible vendors who best meet the specifications. • The City will contact the Primary Contractor first when items are needed, and if they are unable to fill the order, the Secondary Contractor will be contacted. • The contract term is for two years with the option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The successful bidder will be required to comply with all federal statutes relating to nondiscrimination, labor standards, and environmental compliance.
