The Yakima Valley Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to provide charter‑bus services for its athletic teams for the 2026‑2027 season. The contract will cover 31 separate trips across Washington and Oregon, transporting between 16 and 40 passengers per trip, with requirements for newer‑than‑2010 buses equipped with TV/DVD capability and reclining seats. Vendors must meet driver licensing and safety standards and be able to supply a replacement bus promptly in case of mechanical failure.
• Scope: Charter‑bus transportation for soccer, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, softball, and baseball events (Sept 2026 – May 2027).
