Description
The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is seeking a contractor for the 2026 Pipeline Continuing Construction Contract. The contract involves furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, and manufactured articles required to furnish and install raw water mains, potable water mains, wastewater force mains, reclaimed water mains, and related appurtenances. The contractor will be responsible for providing all forms for the Work Authorization, submitting estimated quantities for Work Authorization approval, and coordinating with the Owner to minimize interference with the existing utility system. The contract will be constructed under a single unit-price contract, and the contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations, laws, and standards.
