Obersvation Deck Renovations at PCSP

The State of Tennessee is seeking a contractor to renovate the observation deck at Panther Creek State Park. The project involves removing existing deck components, landscaping, metal railings, steps, railings, signs, concrete walkway, and composite deck walkway. The contractor will need to excavate and pour new concrete, install new pressure-treated framing, decking, and railings, and ensure that all work meets ADA access standards. The contractor will also be responsible for determining the location of utilities on the job site and taking care to protect them from damage. The project must be completed within 60 days of receipt of the signed contract or purchase order.
