Combined Sources Sought Notice and Notice of Intent to Sole Source for High Speed Digitizer

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting market research to identify potential sources of commercial products or services that can provide a high-speed digitizer to meet their requirements. The high-speed digitizer should have a maximum sampling rate of at least 10 GSamples/s, digitization bits of at least 12, analog bandwidth of at least 4.5 GHz, and at least 2 analog input channels. The digitizer should also have a computer interface of PCI Express, onboard memory of at least 8 Gsamples, and an SDK for GPU streaming. Some key points to consider include: • The high-speed digitizer will be used for spectroscopy measurements on atomic layer deposition precursors and byproducts. • The digitizer should be able to collect raw analog signals from a photodiode and convert them into a digital data stream for processing. • The equipment should be manufactured in the United States, or if not, the country of manufacture should be specified. • Respondents should provide information on their company's status as an authorized reseller of the product, if applicable. • Respondents should describe the performance capabilities of the product and any additional features or functions that may be beneficial to NIST.
